The citizens of the world, are no longer dependent on organised deprivation of the right to know the truth; the violations of their rights are being challenged through the courts and these pages. With your help and YOUR contributions, as members of the *human-rights.org * Community On Line * we aim to expose the established practices. We aim to cause public servants to act within the Law, as Parliaments INTENDED. On paper, it always appears so. Preaching,  however, relates not to practice by the advocates of Parliament's law. Help yourselves to unadulterated truths.

You may know of someone who has had to live through and or has suffered in similar circumstances. Draw their attention to this web-site.  It is not and it will not be ignoring the law as our governing elite appear to relish in, while billions of taxed revenue are being wasted to service the ever increasing demands made of the budget by the very individuals who are destroying all moral fibre and standards from within the United Kingdom. No service through silence and or obedience to those who are of opinion they are above the Law; national and international. Above all the laws of MORAL and religious TEACHINGS which all have abandoned in their quest, through personal greed(*Link), to create their material world founded and resting on deception, fraud and misrepresentations.

We publish just the latest and the BEST EXAMPLE of the facts of life in the United Kingdom and the theatres of its Blind, Deaf and Dumb, Justice system. The closing words in law terminology of the previous paragraph are covered in full by the news distributed to the naive and the gullible through the participating in the shams media. The TAXED public pays for the theatrical presentations by the experts at income generation for the circles from within which our judicial chair occupants arise to public office. Below part of Oliver Cromwell's speech (1599-1658) when he dissolved The Long Parliament:-

O. Cromwell : " It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place which you have dishonoured by your contempt of all virtue and defiled by your every vice.  Ye are a pack of mercenary wretches and like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.  Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you?  Is there one vice you do not possess?  Ye have no more religion than my horse.  Gold is your God.  Which of you has not battered your conscience with bribes?  Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the commonwealth?  Ye furdid prostitutes have you not defiled this sacred place and turned the Lord's temple into a den of thieves by your immoral principles and wicked practices?  Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation.  You were deputed here to get grievances redressed; are not yourselves become the greatest the grievance?  Your country therefore calls upon me to cleanse the Augean stable by putting a final period to your iniquitous proceedings in this house and which by God's help and the strength he has given me I am now come to do I command ye therefore upon the peril of your lives to depart immediately out of this place...  Go and get out, make haste ye venal slaves be gone - so take away that shining bauble there and lock up the doors."

Lest not our politicians forget that the strength, referred to above, came from the people! So long as we are alleged to be a Democratic state we shall do our best to ensure that the public is INFORMED properly AND GIVEN A CHANCE TO AIR TO THE WORLD, at large, its grievances through these pages. The antics and waffle by and from 'public servants who steal from and defraud their masters (the citizens) of their rights in law, through breach of the law and often in gross dereliction in public office we shall expose and encourage victims to do likewise by using their rights, as assured in international treaties and accords.

• "UN report scorns UK human rights record " We simply draw attention to the marquee below that introduces visitors to facts our citizens are not aware of. We direct the inexcusable media barons, to our explicit pages, clearly qualifying that the Defence and Advisory Committee have issued NO RESTRICTIONS in respect of reports arising out of LEGAL and POLICING issues(A.12). In our alleged 'democracy', all have been ignoring criminal activities from within both areas, for at least 30 years, that our founder knows of (*Link). In the meantime thousands of citizens ruined and their lives shattered by the criminals who are in control of our legal system care of juniors in office and reckless police authorities that turn a blind eye to the rampant fraud and corruption.
• A year earlier (July 1999), the very newspaper covered the very disturbing issue of 'Fraud on The Taxpayer' by the legal circles. Taxes for the usual antics by persons who are of the opinion that they are licensed to ignore Statutory Provisions. Acting in contempt of the law, in the order of the day even though they are retained by government FOR the protection of the citizens from crime and criminals. FRAUD and deception NOT a criminal offence? Concealment? The costs attached to the scenario that arose out of the Pinochet legal arguments and endless search for loopholes to absolve a dictator from his accountability to mankind and his responsibility to his compatriots. What of the costs attached to the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry? And  the costs for the disappeared millions in the Mirror Group Pension Fund Thefts? What of the BILLIONS attached to, and arising out of  the constructive frauds covered in exclusive pages and as we reported to the Treasury in February 2002.
• Through our pages we point to facts and realities and we expose the rampant abuse of  the Legal System by the very persons who were/are retained of behalf of the tax-payers / citizens to protect the public / citizens from crime. No crime more profound than the Fraud In The Legal System care of the operatives.

Below, extracts from  George Washington's (1732-1799) farewell speech to congress. Elements of morality:-

G. Washington :  "Of all the dispositions and habits, which lead to political prosperity, Religion, and Morality are indispensable supports. ... In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism, who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of Men and Citizens.... The mere Politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them. ... A volume could not trace all their connections with private and public felicity.  .... Let it simply be asked where is the security  for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligations desert the oaths, which are the instruments of investigation in Courts of Justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion. ... Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure .... reason and experiences both forbid us to expect, that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle."

Sterner staff from Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826) statesman and 3rd president of the United States.  He was the author of the Declaration of Independence. As Democratic Republican president (1801-1809) he STRENGTHENED THE EXECUTIVE of government:- (Our governments use the administrators of JUSTICE covertly to impose illicit, inhumane and undeclared policies on our citizens; e.g. the MINEWORKERS in the mid 1980s).

T Jefferson : "The germ of destruction of our nation is in the power of the judiciary, an irresponsible body - working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing it's noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall render powerless the checks of one branch over the other and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated."

Such conclusions were neither then nor indeed now are born of fickle minds. The legal/judicial circles are operating freely outside the restraints of Parliament's laws, in our country. Many a victim can and will confirm and adduce evidence covering blatant abuses of one of the best legal systems in the world. Apparently our Law Enforcement Agencies indulge freely in such practices with the blessings of our Parliamentarians, all too ready to promote the 'independence' of the judiciary to ignore 'The LAW'.

Below our founder's conclusions some 25 years ago. The police failed and defaulted for some THREE SOLID YEARS TO PROSECUTE solicitors and barristers who procured,  promoted and advanced a FORGERY as an alleged document giving credence to a concocted defence in High Court proceedings. The police justified their 'inability to act' because they could not interfere in alleged 'judicial matters'!  It was apparent, then as now, that CRIME within the courts was/is endorsed and acquiesced by our  police forces and that is why the police themselves engage in similar practices, defaults and omissions in the conduct and execution of their public duties. For well over six years now such activities were and are being used by public servants in THEFTS, misappropriation and FRAUDULENT CONVERSIONS of  Housing Benefit funds; false instruments and FORGERIES, the tools of their trade. They all indulge as they do because they can rely on 'the relevant courts(Link)  to FIRST ignore the law and THEN the evidence. Of such Articles Of Association the CIUKU Enterprises(Link).

Our Founder:  "I hasten to add that persons like Mr Scarth fought for freedom and justice in WW2.  Many from  the long depleted empire joined in the fight against Hitler's Nazi machine.  We are in the grips of similar practices in an alleged Democracy.  Our politicians are either as blind, as the population that is starved of real education, or they are part and parcel of the creeping dictatorship through the back door imported and through illicit practices by and via the courts illegally adopted and unconstitutionally endorsed."  (Back to Haringey Council)

The above extract from a letter to a prominent member of parliament in 1999. Consequential to and part of the challenges warranted because of the thefts, the misappropriation and the constructively engineered conversions of Housing Benefit funds. Local Authorities receive such funds from central government for and in respect of the occupation of the properties of private landlords. The private landlords regularly subjected to dishonest statements by council staff and officers. Citizens facing organised disorganisation attached to deceptions and criminal activities arising out of the documented facts we publish in our pages. Needless to say the submissions were founded on conclusions reached between 1972 and 1975 when the police, the media stooges / lap-dogs and the mentally blind, deaf and dumb representatives of 'the serfs', in Parliament were acting as a solicitor covered in a letter to a client in March 2003 (*Link).

The reader and the world should only concern itself with the part the courts played against the National Union of Mineworkers.  Our Law Enforcement Agencies are incapable of tracing and or to deal effectively with the millions that disappeared from pension funds. But they are more than capable in the breaking up of families and in conversion of the ordinary citizens' assets to alleged legal costs, as in the explicit APPEAL we publish in our pages (*Link). 

Let all offending public servants reflect on our past and our history.  Let the world determine where we stand today.  We are at the cross roads and only one the choice left to mankind. The choice is that of morality and a return to principles abandoned by those who hijacked Democracy and Justice. Raping them both daily and relying on the Media to churn out misinformation and disinformation, through which to dupe the average citizen in alleged Democratic states.  Pseudo-democracies where public servants misconduct and act in contempt of 'The LAW' (*Link to explicit legal argument attached to   abuses of court facilities). Self appointed authorities with all encompassing rights to IGNORE EVIDENCE AND PARLIAMENT'S LAWS and thus denying to citizens the most fundamental of principles of justice and every right in law which offending public servants instigate as in the Housing Benefit misappropriation of funds and the constructive frauds the police ignore and themselves promote as beneficiaries of similar self appointed rights to ignore Parliament's Laws.

CRIME IGNORED is CRIME PROMOTED and ENDORSED

JUSTICE DENIED to the victims of crime is the worst crime of all and the provisions of Parliament on Torment and Torture(T&T) clear.  Judicial contempt of the Law indicates intent on their part and as IT IS PRACTICES THAT COUNT, the offenders of  the state has to account for such activities by the alleged protectors of society.

Justice paraded blind, deaf and dumb in our courts through theatrical productions and pre-scripted scenarios. Justice raped daily by her captors.

The National Scandal - Housing Benefit Funds

RECOGNISE WHO AND WHAT FOR and HOW the fraudulent conversions of funds intended for others.

We have a duty to inform you of the realities in our country. We publish evidence that the Metropolitan Police ignored and carries on ignoring as if non-existent or referred to them from the onset. The officer with a mandate to 'target the corruption in the legal system' (headlines above) knows not of the law applicable in respect of thefts and FORGERIES. At least, so his subordinates in the Metropolitan Police (en masse) would have you and us believe.  You read, you peruse the documented evidence and YOU DECIDE as the Jury at large.  The FORGERIES used by Haringey Council staff and officers

A typical case of how our courts and legal services operate, in the United Kingdom, can be found there. Access "The Builder's- case" and note how a solicitor and court staff, with the court service 'gurus' playing footsie,  indulged and attempted to convert an agreed settlement (consent order following mediation) to alleged legal costs through an attempted scenario that was to be created for proposed hearings etc. Read of the fair comment, in a letter to the solicitor:-   "Typical of a solicitor you honour nothing".
• -http://www.law.society.complaints.and.human-rights.org/   A Community On Line web-site with plenty of precedent cases stated covering your rights under the provisions of the Limitations Acts when material facts are kept secret and concealed from you. A cheated woman, was intimidated, blackmailed and caused to enter into a divorce settlement by her own solicitors. Her solicitors indulged in much behind the scenes and the settlement, as imposed on her, has even been misrepresented as a court order per se, whereas the court had no input in the 'consent agreement'! The client had been told by one and all that the settlement agreement as a 'consent order' (proper) could not be challenged, as if a judicious decision proper! After requesting for the file from the solicitors who imposed the settlement, through intimidation and much more, she came across much that had never been referred to her. Those activities having been concealed from her introduced elements covered by law. She acted after she failed to get 'any other member of the law society to act against their brothers' who deceived and cheated her.  Read an explicit transcript establishing that a high court judge was of two minds. Although he determined that the consent agreement / settlement was imposed on the client by the solicitors nonetheless he endorsed an order drafted by the solicitors defending their client(brother-in-arms) whereby, the  judge entered judgement asserting there was 'no undue influence by the solicitor on the client'! Many the victims whose rights are breached and violated contemptuously in the course of divorce proceedings. The issues covered in the book of Genesis, and the use of Eves for the loss of man's peace of mind, very close to the hearts of the creators and administrators of the site.
• http://www.mk-family.human-rights.org At the site an abundance of links to many other sites.   An excellent point of reference, and a must for victims of the courts and the legal circles, particularly family and the suffering of the children, when officials follow their set patterns without any reference to the individual, the person.

There, too, the citizens treated as serfs by their authoritarian Lords and Masters, in control of the state and the 'future of the serfs'. All exposing and challenging the 'milk you dry practices' by the legal circles/system the controllers operate in alleged democracies. The practices are covered in the appeal (link) we publish in our pages. The site is a must for both sexes, all who have been caught in the web of intrigue and constructive frauds of and by the legal-circles, the scavenging parasites. Citizens OWE it to themselves to visit the site. They should do so in their own interest and for their children's sake.

The site has plenty of links to other sites that cover family issues. The web-master is to be congratulated for the growing data base of links to groups of pro-active challengers. 
• http://www.nhs-horror.org.uk/ NEW. Another site challenging and exposing incompetence, waste and much more within our National Health Service. Ones the envy of the world now subject to the whims of non medical executives.

• ALL pages are endorsed with the file name in the top left corner of each NEW FORMAT page (as this HomePage: colour scheme). The file name is always suffixed with the dot + htm i.e. xxxxxx.htm in the dark purple colour.
• To the right of the file name a linked KEY  (blue underlined indicating that the word links to other material) takes the visitor to the LIST of material in the page and to other relevant (to the page) material in other pages.
• Underneath the file name the underlined words 'Page changes', in each new format page (colour scheme and or lay out as this HomePage) lead to a list of any changes to THE PAGE, up to the date stated (next to Page changes).
